Traveling Teens!

Hey,

This Sunday is the next "Traveling Teen" trip and it will be held at the Grandville Church of Christ. The events there will start at 3pm and then at 5pm they will be hosting an area wide singing time at their church. At 6pm there will be food and fellowship...and we will leave shortly there after 6pm.

If you are interested in going, please contact me (Cody Balch). We will be leaving the church building promptly at 1:45pm this Sunday Dec. 6th, 2009, lol:)

GIRLS NIGHT!!!!!!!

Hey Young Ladies,

Please don't forget to attend the Girls Night that will be at Cody and Micah's house this Friday night (Nov. 6th) from 6-10pm. This is open to all girls between the grades of 6th-12th and their friends that are girls. Micah will be providing dinner and a movie ("One Night With The King"). She does ask that for those girls who are interested in painting nails should bring their own nail stuff (Micah will provide nail polish remover).

Teens @ Holland + Sign UP

Hello To All,

I pray that you are having a blessed day and that you are serving Christ in all that you do:)

I just wanted to remind everybody that this Sunday we will be traveling to Holland for the traveling teens ministry. The festivities start there at 3pm, so we will be leaving from the church building NO later than 1:45pm. I am prepared to leave without people if they are late, so please show up a few minutes early:) The return time is not 100% known at this time (since this is the first time that we have done traveling teens in this way), but we will be leaving shortly after their evening classes. I will help communicate an estimated arrival time when we are on our way back to the church.

On a different note...I wanted to continue to remind everybody about signing up for Winterfest and LTC. Both of those sign up sheets are on the cork board outside my office.

Pumpkins! Games! Movie! Snacks! FUN!

Please plan to come to Cody and Micah's house this Saturday between 6-9pm! We will be playing games, eating snacks, and watching a movie as usual...but for those who are interested, we will also be carving pumpkins!!!! If this sounds fun to you, please plan to bring your own pumpkin and any carving utensils that you might have.

This SATURDAY!!!!

Hey Everyone!

I pray that you are making plans to come and support us this weekend at the West Michigan Youth Conference / Concert in the Park! I also pray that you have been inviting everyone you know to join us in this special event!

I would also like to ask you all for your prayers as we approach this weekend. There is a lot of planning and details that will have to come together in order to make it happen, but most of all, pray that God's Holy Spirit is present to convict our hearts to live more for him! I love you all and can't wait to see you there!

Movie and Game Night!

Hey Everybody,

This Saturday (Sept. 26th) from 6pm-9pm, Micah and I would like for YOU and ALL your Friends to come over for some fun with games and a movie! We will be providing a few snacks, but if you feel the need to bring something than you can bring a drink or snack to share with the rest of the group. The movie that we will be watching is called "Everything Is Spiritual" and it is very good!

Also...just a reminder about this Sunday's "Discovery Dinner". The teens are going to be helping serve the meal to our visitors and we have been asked to be there around 4pm. The meal will be served around 5pm. Come when you can and lend a helping hand:) Thanks!!

The Last Tue. Night Devotional

As you may already know...this coming Tuesday (Aug. 25th) will be our final Tuesday night devo for the summer. We will be concluding our Tuesday night fun at the Van Buren State Park. We will officially meet there at 6pm and will leave from there no later than dark. Please arrange your own car-pooling if need be (since I figured everyone will be on different schedules and will be coming from different places). If you are interested in eating while you are there, please pack/buy your own food and bring it there. There will not be any food or drink provided. Also, please bring a lawn/beach chair since we will plan to have the devotional on the beach.

One other note...Teens and their whole families are invited to this event. We want you there and hope that you will join us! Please feel free to contact me with any further questions:)
